This is the program I use and it is unlike anything else I have ever seen. It is based in mindfulness and body positivity rather than taking a shame based approch. It is amazing and I highly recommend it. Not only does she has this specific program for Binge Eating Disorder, but she has modified the program for different situations and for people who don't have an eating disorder but want a healthier mindset around food:
